Description

This delicious and mildly spiced Curry Cook In Sauce from Homepride is the quick and easy way to create a flavoursome curry for you and your friends to enjoy. Use this sauce to make a straightforward stir-fry chicken curry as follows:

Add 600g of diced chicken to a pan and cook for five minutes, then add two sliced peppers and continue to stir fry for a further five minutes. Stir in the Curry Cook In Sauce and 75g of cashew nuts and simmer for two minutes.

Finally, serve on a bed of rice with a few poppadoms on the side and a selection of pickles for your lucky guests to enjoy.

Home Pride Curry Sauce

I cooked chicken with sauce and uncovered pyrex dish for 1 hour 30 mins at 350. Then I covered with foil as a cover pinched two holes to let steam out. I then cooked it 20 mins and added bone broth beforehand. This is while a summer rain storm, thunder and lightening.
I tasted some and kept tasting the chicken curry it was that good. The lightning is real loud so it was the perfect dish for such a stormy night.
