Report damage immediately: If an item is damaged or broken, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return instructions: Once we receive your claim, we’ll provide instructions for returning the damaged item, if necessary.
Replacement or refund: After assessing the damage, we will either issue a replacement item (subject to availability) or offer a refund for the damaged product.
