Damaged or Broken Items Policy

What to do if your item is damaged or broken:

  1. Inspect your order: Please check your items as soon as you receive them to ensure they are in good condition.

  2. Report damage immediately: If an item is damaged or broken, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  3. Provide details: When reporting damaged goods, please include:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the damaged or broken item(s)
    • Photos of the damage
  4. Return instructions: Once we receive your claim, we’ll provide instructions for returning the damaged item, if necessary.

  5. Replacement or refund: After assessing the damage, we will either issue a replacement item (subject to availability) or offer a refund for the damaged product.

Important Notes:

  • We cannot accept claims for damage after 7 days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges for returns may apply based on the situation.
