This product has been a little hard to get so I was glad to see Britshop had it. I will use this online shop again.

No communication, wrong item sent

My first order with Burritt shop was great. They sound exactly what I ordered and were responsive I have since ordered another set of items. Two items in the order were not what I ordered and one was broken and the entire package was ruined. I have since reached out to Brit Shop three separate times via email and called them twice with absolutely no response. I have no idea what is going on but I’m hugely disappointed I am out over $70.
