This product has been a little hard to get so I was glad to see Britshop had it. I will use this online shop again.

No communication, wrong item sent

My first order with Burritt shop was great. They sound exactly what I ordered and were responsive I have since ordered another set of items. Two items in the order were not what I ordered and one was broken and the entire package was ruined. I have since reached out to Brit Shop three separate times via email and called them twice with absolutely no response. I have no idea what is going on but I’m hugely disappointed I am out over $70.

Excellent All Around

Couldn't locate this anywhere in our market area (Vancouver Island) leading up to Christmas so went online. Our order was confirmed and shipped the same day and arrived earlier than expected AND in time for Christmas baking. The whole extended family was thrilled. Perfect in all ways.
