Always handy

Very useful in "emergencies" when you suddenly fancy a bit of curry sauce.
Secret tip - mix it with hot water to your required taste and if you want it thicker without adding more granules, microwave what you've made for 30 seconds or so and stir it.

Depending on how you're having it, you can actually cut back a bit before microwaving.
It's not cheap if you have to order from abroad.
